Staying in Casa Zen in March was an absolute dream. Even though our vacation was impacted by the coronavirus— (3 days after our arrival in Fuerteventura, Spain went into a total lockdown) Casa Zen truly provided the most perfect, private sanctuary for us to relax and unwind for 2 weeks.
The villa itself was incredibly beautiful, modern, stylish and tastefully decorated, and everything was extremely clean. With so many big windows and sliding doors, the natural lighting was amazing. The swimming pool was perfectly located, blocked from the wind so you could peacefully lounge and read all day. We absolutely loved cooking our meals in the huge open kitchen every night, which was already stocked with olive oil, spices, etc (as well as a complimentary bottle of wine!).
The location of the villa was also ideal— a 5 minute drive to the center of LaJares— but it still felt very private and was very quiet.
Flo was so incredibly helpful accommodating— our flights were cancelled so we had to stay longer than we had planned, and Flo was so kind to help us extend our stay with no issues, making sure we were okay. It was the perfect place for our first vacation together as a couple. We truly cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay at Casa Zen and hope to some day return!
